The Third and Final Version of the Eclipse Trailer 2010 Has Been Released

Eclipse and Twilight fans should be happy with the third and final trailer for the movie before it opens in theatres on June 30.

The trailer that was released April 23 is just over a minute and a half long, and contains all never-before-seen footage of the movie; it does not recycle any of the previous scenes and gives fans a much deeper glimpse in to the vampire army that is created, the fight that takes place and the battle for Bella's heart.

Breaking Down the Eclipse Trailer

The trailer begins with Jacob approaching Edward and Bella in a parking lot and Bella asking him what he is doing here and Jacob telling Edward 'she has a right to know'.

Edward does not want Jacob to tell Bella, but eventually he realizes he has to and tells her 'we've been tracking the situation in Seattle for a while'.

Turns out the situation is Victoria creating Riley, and footage is shown with Edward's voice over of killings and rioting in Seattle, with Dr. Cullen finally saying 'someone is building an army'.

Bella repeats 'an army of vampires' and then there is a sweeping shot of the young vampires with Riley as their leader. As Alice states 'they're coming here.'

Dr. Cullen then tells Jacob 'it seems an ugly fight, with lives lost' but Jacob replies defiantly 'we're in. As long as we get to kill some vampires' (That is clearly directed at Edward).

Then a very cool shot of Riley and the new vampires rising out of the water like creatures from the deep, and finally we get a shot of the Volturi with Dakota Fanning affirming that 'it is time'.

Clearly there is going to be some very cool fighting scenes in this movie and we get just a glimpse in the trailer.

There is also going to be some romance with Edward presenting Bella with a ring.

More Jacob and Edward fighting for Bella's heart all ending in a fight with Victoria set in the snowy mountains.
