rape-a-mouse.  too bad, he was kinda weak at the jewish mother the day before.  we called him weak-a-mouse.  he was much better in atlantis in nags head 20 years ago when i saw him.  i heard this aint the first time he has had trouble in this area..

I was there - this was a setup.  the incident "allegedly" took place late friday night and he was arrested late saturday night (after the 2nd show).  The girl in question was hanging out with mouse on Saturday (after the "alleged incident")

The cops were looking for drugs - they used the "rape" charge to obtain a search warrent for his hotel room. the girl was an informant - the rape charge will be dropped.

What the woman do in the hotelroom if not having sex with eek a mouse?

FRAMED AND SETUP!  The woman in question came back to Eek's room along with 2 other fans of her own free will.  They partied together and she stayed overnight.  She was seen outside his hotel room around 1:00 p.m. playing with her dog and laughing.  There are witnesses that will testify that she was never held against her will, kidnapped or raped. 

We have in our possession a date and time photo of the woman the next day sitting on the hotel bed waiting around along with the fans that came back to that room.  She never reported to the front desk, the maid, the workers next door or the fans that she was held against her will or raped.  She also left her phone number for Mouse to  call her with the fans which in turn was left in that hotel room.  We sincerely hope that the police found that piece of paper with her number on it.

This woman is clearly a wacko that was dancing on the dance floor with a rat in her hands while being asked to leave by the club management.  She lied on the police report about not taking any drugs except the few puffs of the weed cig.  She was SENT!!! To do the job requested.  We believe that the police wanted to make a drug bust and they used this woman with her false rape and kidnapping charges to obtain a search warrant based on lies and falsehoods.  It is well known that Mouse's tour bus got raided back in 1997 for week smoking and on that bus that day was the chief of police's son.  The department never got over that event and will do anything to bring the MOUSE down.  Thank God that there are others that will dispute her claims. 

I've known Mouse for some years and have known him to be nothing but a gentleman! A rude boy maybe, but he's definitely no rapist! And if he needs my help, I'm there!

actually, i did not go back to eek's room with 2 other fans. i was solely asked by eek's entourage to come backstage with them-- no one else fuckface.

also, the picture you "have" of me sitting on a bed the next day, bullshit. i did not report to the fucking MAID. do you see the ridiculousness in that? i went straight to the fucking hospital and police, asshole.  i can't remember the last time someone reported to a maid about being raped, and if they did, what the fuck did the maid do about it?

oh yeah, i didn't get asked to leave the show at port o call either, they asked me to put my rat back in my car, which i fucking did.

i hate cops, and would definitely not work with any of them either, and the last thing i would do is help them bust someone for drugs. get your facts straight.

it is about fing time. i have worked in the industry for 13 years and this creature is a piece of shit. this creature is nolonger ever allowed to play this club again. isn't he married with 2 children? let him rot!
