Primetime Emmy Nominations 2010

The 62nd Emmy Awards will be handed out on August 29, and the show will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon. Not too many surprises here: the nominations seem to follow the water-cooler talk. One exception: the exclusion of David Letterman, who had been nominated for the past 15 years.

Conan O'Brien, who submitted himself for nomination, was rewarded for his efforts: his truncated term at the helm of The Tonight Show received a nomination.
