Erin Westrate has now admitted to police that she was not bitten in an attack during a New Moon screening in Norton Shores, Michigan last Friday night. She originally told police that a males in his 40s bit her neck after making suggestive remarks to her during the film, and then followed her out and bit her neck outside.
However, witnesses told police that they saw Erin leave that night and there was no biting attack that happened.
Erin finally told police that while there was no attack, the man was kissing her neck during the film and she was a willing participant.
Detective Lieutenant Timothy LaVigne of the Norton Shores Police Department tells us Westrate could now face criminal charges for filing a false police report over the incident.

Actually, it does matter, at least in Michigan it does. Age of consent (aka willing participant) is 16 in this state, so if she was receptive to whatever happened, then no crime was committed.
