There are people including government leaders and officials propagating in favour of social diversity for even more than the existing diversity. They claim that ethnic diversity is beauty. But is ethnic or social diversity of a society really beauty? Diversities may be beauty for certain purpose such as motivating or using it as a means creating competition among diverse people for growth and development. It may again be beauty to listening the music and songs and observe the cultures of different ethnic groups. However, I believe that diversity is beauty only at time of stability. In a world where dynamism, complexity and volatility is the norm, diversity may be too risky and propagation in favour of diversity may lead to unwanted conflicts between ethnic groups as is observable in some parts of the world. The only advantage is to dictator leaders as the conflicts and unrests can extend their reign period than expected and this is why many dictator leaders want the propagation in favour of diversity.
