The Eurovision 2010 competition is well underway, entering the second semi-final. Out of 39 participants, 17 entered the second semi-final. Once the dust settled, ten countries, along with the winners from the first semi-final, will advance to the Eurovision Grand Final takes place on Saturday, May 29. We will be providing live Twitter coverage via Scan.

Douze Points: Eurovision scoring

Residents of the 39 participating countries can vote by phone or SMS during the final, and can do so up to 20 times. However, voters cannot vote for their own countries. The top-voted country gets 12 points ("douze points"), with lesser point values assigned to the lesser-ranked entries.

Televoting results make up 50% of the final score, with jury votes making up the other half.
