In the interest of justice, the prosecutors should bundle up the charges in a class action suit, and get on with the show.

Actually it's lucky for the prosecution and the victims that this Sandusky is as stupid as he appears. Proving criminal sexual assault in cases like this is very hard to establish legally without corroborating witnesses. But because of Sandusky's big mouth so far, and apparently a seemingly rather incompetent attorney representing him, Sandusky big mouth is giving prosecutors ammo for establishing intent.

How pissed his attorney must've been when he did that interview. I know he said he told Sandusky to do it - and maybe he did - but I know he didn't want him to do it like that.

A class action might go well for the civil trial, but right now, he needs the most time in jail.

That attorney is rather incompetent imo. He should of never allowed this idiot Sandusky to open his month. Better for the prosecution anyway.
