Hundreds of exotic food-and-drink stalls at the Notting Hill carnival allowed partyers and ravellers to sample a variety of tastes from around the globe including the Caribbean, Nigeria, Thailand, and China, this included Levi Roots's Regge Reggae sauce.
Levi Roots, shot to fame in 2007 when he pitched his Reggae Reggae Sauce to the entrepreneurs on BBC show Dragons’ Den
The Notting Hill Carnival was established in 1964 and covers a route around west London, taking in Westbourne Grove, Ladbroke Grove, and Kensal Road.
