This is a group created by Sabina Kaine. Sabina's children has a dad that doesn't pay child support or see his children . He has court ordered payments but manages to evade them. Sabina is not alone. This is my personal experience. Bill (William Kaine) hasn't willingly paid child maintenance in nearly 5 years. He refuses to see his children. The BC FMEP was in court with him  at a Default hearing. He was given an entension ...for the 4th time since April as he claimed that he needs more time to complete his financial statement. Anyone else care to share their story? It seems that the legal system is broken.
