Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is appearing on Oprah, to talk about social networking in general, and Facebook etiquette in particular. Running up to this episode, Oprah had a comment thread open for fans to submit their own Facebook questions.

Really, though, is Zuckerberg the expert here? Just because he founded it, doesn't mean that he is in a position to dictate how the sites tools are used. This is one of the startling realities of user-generated content: The answer to "Who's making the rules?" depends on whom you ask... Facebook TOS changes, anyone?

Indeed, Zuckerberg is saying pretty much the same thing. After the break: Oprah's Facebook group page unveiled! Tell me how it was.

Here’s what we’re hearing: Oprah and three guests — Oprah’s best friend Gayle King, actress Ali Wentworth and actor Mark Consuelos — will interview Mark and show a demo of the show’s new page on Facebook. A celebrity Facebook addict might Skype in to talk up the service as well, although that’s still a little TBD.

Another thing likely to be on the agenda: those nitpicky Facebook etiquette questions and some user stories to back them up.
