Facebook group rallies to save CBC

With Canwest stock effectively worthless, the Federal Government is considering a bailout for the ailing broadcast industry. This has supporters of the CBC livid. According to a facebook group devoted to getting this funding to the public broadcaster:
Public funding for CBC is among the lowest of any industrialized country in the world. CBC is getting only $34 per Canadian per year. The average for all the countries is $80.
That is pretty embarrassing.
