Farrah Fawcett was laid to rest today and there are some photos and video circulating on the internet of her funeral already as family and friends said goodbye to the beloved actress who had suffered from cancer for the last three years.
The service was held in Los Angeles, and was attended by her long-term partner Ryan O'Neal, her son Redmond O'Neal and her long time friend Alana Stewart.
The couple’s son has been incarcerated at Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic since April 5, 2009, undergoing intensive treatment for drug addiction, as ordered by the court. A judge gave him one last opportunity to get his life back on track. He will go to prison if he is unable to finish his current program successfully.
The funeral was a private affair, but fans of the actress will remember her for years to come.

Miss Fawcett was one of the worlds beauties, a true natural full of spunk lots of smiles and definitly life. It do not mean this in a derogatory way but when Micheal died he stoled her thunder, she had prepared the world for her passing.Farrahs Story was one of the most touching films I have ever seen. She wanted the world to be in her life.Where he was too private although he was allowed that right. Of course she and Mr O'Neil had there battles it is apparent the loss that he feels in his face.I only hope that this brings there son to the real world.I was surprised when Ryan's son was denied access to the funeral she raised these kids. And all in all there was love, I can't imagine that she didn't have love for all. Alana Stewart was her lifesaver she was always there. She was there when she puked and cried. Alana was her female strength that we as women. But Ryan was her rock. As he said "we pulled apart but never popped". I was happy to see that she finally agreed although it was against there religion that they would finally make it formal and marry. But I believe in God's eyes they were. Everyone will always remember that smile and that beautiful hair. A glowing mane and sparkling smile. She will remembered just like Maryilin, Jean, and all the other Hollywood beauties but she had more she had personality and she had class. One never heard teriable remarks about her. She was 'Our Diana" she way a royal first class woman of the world that gave and loved. God was lucky to get her as an Angel not only on Earth but in Heaven. So when you look up in the sky tonight look for the brighest star and call it Farrah its her.
