At first look, it appears that devil and angel stickers have been placed over the original W poster that appeared here advertising Oliver Stone's movie. However, they've been replaced with poster's which incorporate the "stickers, " thereby co-opting the street art look and the emphasis of culture-jamming. What you're really looking at, though, is corporate art.

I should add, for context's sake, that these posters appeared in the East Village of Manhattan, where there's a lot of street art. It'd be interesting to determine whether these posters were used elsewhere around the U.S. or whether they were part of a highly-specific campaign aimed at Villagers.
