Fresh of the successful debut of season two on HBO, New Zealand's biggest North American success that doesn't have hobbits and wizards, The Flight of the Conchords are hitting the road in 2009 and North American fans can't wait. The duo is embarking on a 35 date tour starting April 6th in Tampa bay Florida.

Highlights of the itinerary include New York's Radio City Music Hall, Red Rocks outside Denver and the Santa Barbara Bowl in California. The group will also play two-show engagements during single-night stands in Milwaukee, Philadelphia and Berkeley, Calif.

The duo toured North America last year but hit mostly festivals like The Sasquatch Festival in Washington State, on the tour and colleges. This time around the tour hits major and mid sized venues all across North America. Ticketmaster will be handling the ticket sales for the tour and they go on sale soon.

My personal favorite Flight of the Conchords song is Mutha'Uckas with Leggy Blonde in as a close second. What about you?

I also like their "French" song, as well as Hiphoppapotamus vs. the Rhymenocerous.

this is hard.  I really do love "ladies of the world" and "think about it"

"can somebody please remove these cutleries from my knees" --brilliant. haha

These guys are on par with Fred Dagg and that's saying a lot.

All they lack on the show is their personal fan base like Fred had the Trevs.

But guess success would ruin their image.
