Frankie Muniz: 'I'm Not Suicidal' After Elycia Turnbow Gun Claim

Police were called to break up a fight between Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz and girlfriend Elycia Turnbow at their Phoenix, Arizona home. Police removed a loaded gun from the house, which Elycia Turnbow claimed Muniz held to his own head. She then called one of Muniz's friends to take him to the hospital.

Elycia Turnbow claimed that Frankie Muniz assaulted her upon his return from the hospital.  Police found no signs of injury on either Muniz or Turnbow.

Frankie's rep just released a statement saying, "Frankie and Elycia had an argument a few days ago.  The police were called to the residence."

The statement continues, "A gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping.  There were no bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal.  She was not assaulted."

Both Frankie Muniz and Elycia Turnbow gave accounts of the incident to the press; neither version matches the PR version.
