This is a great idea! I have read study after study showing that it is the poorest people who buy the most processed, least nutricious foods for their families. To boot, these foods are MUCH more expensive than buying produce, starches amd meat from a grocery and actually cooking a real meal. It is nice to see this being offered but now let's see who many of these poor and working poor actually change their cooking behaviour.
