Game of Thones Cast Photos from San Diego Comic-Con

The Game of Thrones Comic-Con Q&A session took place at 3pm on July 21. Several castmembers, as well as showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, were on hand to discuss the past and future of Westeros, as well as answer a few questions. The panel was moderated by George R. R. Martin, author of Song of Ice and Fire, the GoT source material.

Game of Thrones cast in attendance:

  • Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen)
  • Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Ser Jaime Lannister)
  • Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister)
  • Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister)
  • Kit Harington (Jon Snow)
  • Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo)
  • Ned Stark.. no, wait. Ned Stark wasn't there... BECAUSE HE'S DEAD!

Jason Momoa is doing double-duty, since he's also promoting the remake of Conan the Barbarian. Momoa said that, in a fight, Khal Drogo would kick Conan's ass. Agreed.

My question, if it's not too late: What steps, if any, are the production team taking to ensure the proper number of dire wolves in each scene for Season 2?

Right. Here are some photos from the Game of Thrones Q&A at SDCC 2011.
