Game of Thrones Returns April 1, 2012: New Trailer

HBO released a new trailer for Game of Thrones Season 2, titled "Shadow". Winter is indeed coomin', and S02E01 airs on April 1, 2012.

We noticed that the Game of Thrones Season 2 trailer isn't working on some other sites, so we found a viewable version: check it out below. As a montage of scenes featuring  new characters, fresh locations, and plenty of drama plays out, we hear Varys the Spider recounting a parable, the moral of which is: "A very small man can cast a very large shadow". Cue Tyrion Lannister grinning... impishly. Or pimpishly. You decide.

We get some piano music that should have been on Chinese Democracy, Catelyn Stark drawing a dagger on Petyr Baelish, Joffrey "Somebody Slap this Shithead Again" Baratheon pointing a crossbow at Sansa Stark, and Arya Stark pretty much promising to imitate scenes from Commando.

So, yeah, everyone's coming for the throne of Westeros, and it doesn't help the current king that everyone in the entire realm thinks he's a total fuckface.

Also, last we saw Daenerys Targaryen, she was wearing nothing but baby dragons. Now she's rocking some new armor.
