Gangstalking and Other Crimes Perpetuated by Sheriffs, Cops, Fire

Gang Stalking Continued: While the cops coninually try to set me up for crimes, my home is entered whenever I am away, even if only for a few hours. There is always someone who stalks me wherever I go, reporting back to the house so that the criminals are never caught. Not only are the criminals entering my home while I am away; but have recently, on several occasions entered my home, stealing, etc. while I am sleeping. On these occasions, even though I rarely sleep 6-7 hours, I have slept for 14 hrs., leading me to believe that they continue to drug me, as they did in 2006 as they framed me for crimes I did not commit, so they could cover-up their assault of me and the theft of all my evidence and documentation of their crimes to include new expensive electronic personal property..digital camcorders, cell phones (to date 6 of these have been stolen) an expensive Toshiba laptop hard drive, four color tv security systems/video recorders, 5 new phones (they kept breaking the phones to break the caller ID so I could not record their numbers and then, their identities) expenisve multiple car radio/CD players, amps. home stereo systems, albums, CDs DVDs, all computer software--especially including those offering $25,000 in ID theft protection, several legit Windows Vista Operating System CD's, as well as the system restore CD's for the Toshiba laptop (which were no good to me; but necessary for them since they stole the hard drive and vandalized the laptop so that it will cost 400.00 to repair/replace, even under warranty) and even irreplacable games my grandchildern and I loved to play. They made multiple coppies of these programs/ games, music/DVD's, and offered therm as gifts to others who helped gang stalk, as well as sold for profit to further finance their crimes. They stuffed dirt in my pipes below the house so that my drains were stopped it, costing me much to repair. My fridge, washing machine, ac, phones, microwaves, stereo equipment, amplifiers, speaker systems, car radio/multi-cd changers, phone, cell phones vandalized or stolen. Even clothes, linens, food, and any neccessities are taken. The perps stole most all my nice jewelry. They have destroyed or stolen many computers/hard drives, and have taken control of every one at some point. I have purchased 4 4n 1 printer/faxes that fail to ever work for me, while these perps are faxing and forwarding my documentation of their illegal acts nationwide and to other countries (to other perps?). (So that tells me this is nationwide and international. I also believe all this ties in to the banks, insurance companies, brokerages/mortgage companies, etc.)

This list is not all-inclusive; but is meant to give you some idea of what they do. Sometimes they will return some previously stolen items (of lesser value to them) just to raise question of my credibiliuty, my sanity or both, furthering their harassment of me. Because of their entry into my home while I sleep, I am forced to push a chair under the knob of each door, since they have stolen the keys to my very expensive security locks to my home and vehicles, 5 of which they have caused to be totaled or vandalized beyond repair. Rekeying the locks do no good, as they have actually raided my home, false charging me in order to take possession of my belongings, copying ar stealing whatever they need to further commit their crimes against my property and person. Their retaliation whenever I try to tell the truth is enacted with great skill. They have the help of the young, old, cops, firefighters, my entire community ( if there is anyone fighting for me I know not of it) my previous friends, political entities, brokerages, banks, insurance companies, phone companies (that allow the tapping/recording of conversations even though there is no wrongdoing on my part, nor any evidence of wrong-doing) practically anyone and everyone they can convince to continue these crimes. I often wonder if the cops have placed a camera in my home (like they did in 06) as they always know what I am doing...even though I leave on a light most nights to confuse them as to my sleeping times, they always seem to know. Invariably, after placing the chairs under the door knobs, I will later hear a push at the door, meaning they have gotten passed the regular door lock, the security latches, and needed to open the door to remove the chain latch. I have installed security latches like the ones they use in motels; but they removed mechanisms that now allows them to just press the latch together, removing any security from this latch completely from my arsenal of attempts to secure my home. I had a very expenisve security alarm instralled, which never worked--those involved always got in my home, proving the sheriffs had convinced my security company to allow them entry. I have later learned of the local/state cops receiving money from NSA and the Homeland Security Agencies just for these types of purposes, not to fight terrorists,. but to run people with whom they had some kind of grudge from their property, working with the banks and local mortgage companies/brokerages to take the homes for very little or nothing.

The perps are performing their electronic harassment again, trying to stifle my freedom of expression (since 2004) and removing, changing whatever they want of my writings, email, etc. These criminals have and are infiltrating my internet accounts, connection, and computers. And the original paragraphs that included that it was Hanover County who originally started the crimes, that a Deputy whose dad is the Captain, second in command to Sheriff Cook, wanted my home for he did not want what he could afford on his salary wasremoved. Also removed the part about Louisa County's involvement. Also, someone is putting typos, other grammatical errors, etc in this. I must be on to something if you want to remove what I write, or how well I write it. Of course, I knew it all along--now just to get the word out. I will follow up later with a full account of what has been removed from this piece. Like all the trees from my woods that totally blocked the view to my home removed and sold to a developer of a subdivision down the street, like the digging up of all my plants, pouring bleach on my fine manicured lawn, knifing up the porchs, steps, etc. the framings, the assaults, the attempts on my life, the vehicular attacks!! how the cops tried to remove me from the hospital wrongly, etc. And Thanksgiving 2006, four men concerned about what was happening to me--all the crimes against me and my property, caught Sheriff Cook in the act, on my propery in the middle of the night. The Sheriff rationalized his behavior by slandering me, as he and his officers had been doing for years now. My continual expenses of trying every new kind of security, and alarm system, tv cameras, security locks had to all be purchased with credit cards, since I am prevented from securing employment. Add to this the continual replacing of stolen food and neccessities, repair and/or replacement of appliances, the continual vandalizing of vehicles--one was vandalized 3 times in three months for repairs over a 1000. each time. I have purchased 5 vehicles that have been vandalized or either totalled when I was run off the road by perpetrators. They do this by surrounding your behicle then throwing bright light on you, causing temporary blindness. They ride up on your bumper at the same time. Others will sandwich you in on a lone dark country road to force a wreck, two in front driving very slow while the one behind rides your bumper with his brights on. The next thing you know, if you are not dead, you are over your head in debt. Of course, now that they have crippled me, I will always need medical care for the deformity that is my spine, and am more limited with the work I can perform, if at all. This is the real reason for the mortgage meltdown. These crimes are committed against many unsuspecting homeowners, although I know of no one else who was crippled. There are many who have committed suicicde, murder by gang stalkers and should be treated as such. They tried to get me to kill myself as well, because even though I spoke of it on my tapped/recorded phone, trying to fight the despondency that encompassed me, their criminal activities against me accelerated, rather than eased or disspated entirely. As I was blacklisted from jobs, I had to rely on more and more on credit cards for the additional expenses they caused on a daily basis, as they took my food and other necessities, while they tore up my home, furniture, appliances, filled my drain pipes below the house completely full, then washed off the dirt and mud in my own bath, leaving it filthy.

I have no idea how much electrical surveillance equipment they have connected to my home; but my calls are often interrrupted, other calls never received, even after I am assured the other person called me and got my answering machine. They played a recording that my sister's phone had been cut off; and after 2 weeks of this, I drove all the way to NC, over 6 hours in June 2006 (in the middle of the night to avoid their stalking me to my sister's home and possibly adding her to their gangstalking list, which they did and she was harassed from hiring until she suffered from very ill health, extreme high blood pressure, stint surgery which was later labeled a vacation and that she would received no more time off for such, and was finally forced to leave in 08). I drove to her home because of my concern for her, wondering if she was going through the same thing.. She was fine. Her phone was working fine. The cops find this hysterical. Even my crippling was hysterical to them. The more they did to me, the funnier they thought it was. And an officer, who had been living in my home when I was crippled and was in the hospital for over a month, left a notebook there that documented my being stalked by officers to this same date to NC--another officer demanded it returned when I showed it as evidence or I would be charged with theft. Your taxpayer money provided to the NSA funds these operations under the blanket description of other law enforcement activities.

These are the kinds of actions they take to harass, exploit, cripple, and even murder innocent citizens, especially those of a more liberal philosophy and Democrats. I applied for many federal jobs where I was asked would I be willing to change over to Republican since we had agreed on several philosophies. I had written that I often considered myself to be an Independent, of independent mind, voting on the issues, rather than the party. However, I stated that I found that most of my beliefs coincided with the Democratic party. These communications were sent over the internet, where the offenses against me began. One of the stolen files which was later downloaded onto a newer computer (without my permission or ability to stop, nor could I open) was from when I lived at a controlling, illegal association who are a big part of the gang stalking as well.

My sin: my desire to be treated fairly. Groups with a grudge for whatever reasons began to unite; and my downfall was their goal, my total destruction. Of course, I did not know this for years. I had been blacklisted from emplyment for years. Once I realized cops/sheriffs were involved and of their schemes/collusion of taking people's homes illegally and methodically, I was not safe anywhere. The very evening of the day I learned of their evil plans 12/28/06, I was framed, assaulted repeatedly, drugged, and finally crippled 1/5/07.

The cover-up and continuous gang stalking includes MDs, state and local agencies (and federal during the Bush Administration) nurses, GGHA, political boards, other bureaucrats, my neighbors, previous friends, and even religious affiliations. The loss to any kind of a decent life, the slandering, my crippling causing me incessant pain, accompanying the inability to even perform simple yardwork, muchless enjoy the athletic activities I had previous, has been devastating. There is no end to this. I have already moved once from a beautiful home I had completely redecorated/upgraded (in theGGHA that had been so abusive and knew I could have sued them; but did not; I only wanted fair treatment).

I have nowhere else to go, and no money left to finance a move. Nor do I have an income that would allow me to even rent elsewhere, muchless buy. I will eventually be forced to bankrupt; and they will split what may be left of the equity with my creditors I placed the entire amount from the sale of my previous home, over $60,000. into the financing of my home now, so that I would have a low monthly mortgage payment.and paid full price for my new home. Along with the instant equity from my downpayment, I had seen my home's value rise $80,000. Since then the carpets, flooring, walls, ceilings, etc. have been miserably ruined by the gang stalkers, like many of my personal possessions. I had freshly painted the home before I was crippled. I believe those of us who have no one else left in the community to help us and continue to be gangstalked and suffer other violent crimes should be relocated and given a new identity.

Since I have also lost my family, a loss similar to the cripplling of my body/spine...just this crippling is of my heart and very soul, some would question my reason for exisiting except to be further tortured. I believe the exposure and prosecution of these criminals are my purposes now. Instead, cover-ups abound. Like when the Jews wondered how many more would die in the Holocaust before good government became invoved, I ask the same. As these criminals continue their crimes, please pray that there is some form of government that will go after these, prevent any future crimes, and effectively punish them.. Even the media know this is happening, but are not reporting it. Why is this?

As we are a news company, I'm not sure I understand how your story fits in to our site, as it seems to be more of a blog posting than a news article. Perhaps if you could explain how this is newsworthy to others not in your area?

Because it is occurring everywhere; all across America innocent people are suffering this torture. I have also read of accounts in other countries, admitting that even moving to another country does not stop the harassment. If enough non-victims realize that these crimes exist, they can make informed decisions to lobby on our behalf, at least speaking out against it. As well, it offers those victims who do not realize others are going through the same thing, not excluding other countries, a chance to support each other through these dark times. In fact, others in Iran who are protesting unfair treatment, may identify other problem areas as they read this. However you may decide with regard to places like Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, it is occurring in Democratic countries across the world, most definitely the US, where many believe the techniques originated. It is not just a local issue. nor is it a blog or opinion piece. This is news. It is news that has been stifled way too long. Thank you for your understanding.

As I met more prisoner activists online last year, many of them could relate to my censorship experiences, although only two or three endured the stalking - those who were very active in publishing info regarding corruption and police violence. Most policepersons are very decent, but some are not. NO police came during the hour after I called 911 and waited on them to rescue me from four cars of men and one US DOT truck where they had followed me to a neighborhood business.

My worst experience was at the Chevron Station on Sept. 27. (See Cochran Firm Fraud videos 1 and 2 on You Tube). I am censored to prevent my telling more people about prison profiteering and my handicapped brother's secret jail death - NO investigation, NO arrest records, NO explanation, NO coronor's inquest, NO accountability whatsoever - they just gave us his body back after we had looked for Larry Neal for weeks and the jail had denied having him until they made sure he was dead.

The Guantanamo-style secret incarceration and death of lifelong mental patient, Larry Neal was never reported in mainstream media. He was arrested mid-July 2003 and kept incarcerated in Memphis Shelby County Jail until he died without his heart meds on Aug. 1, 2003. If more was done to kill Larry than depravation of his prescription heart medication, his family does not know. That is because repeated requests for judicial release of records and accountability regarding Larry have been denied or ignored for nearly six years, including Shelby Co. Jail, Tennessee Governor's office, and the USDOJ.

They don't seem to care if people know that they are not honoring the Constitution and Bill of Rights. It is scary. They don't care. We already have 800 signatures on two other petitions when we were only asking for investigation of Larry's death - not for relief from terrorism. They don't care if the world knows, apparently. But they still try to keep me from writing about it and about injustice others endure. It is strange, almost like they are schizophrenic.

They did this to a handicapped U.S. citizen, same as the War on Terror detainees, and then they persecute my family for asking about Larry. But on the other hand, they still use phrases like "equal justice" and "open disclosure." It is like a split personality.

They don't care enough to be just, but they do care enough to chase me --- as though that would not make the whole world know in one day with all I have written and filmed and sent to the four corners of the world for safekeeping just in case. Frankly, I began to wonder if they don't care that they don't honor the laws of the land because they intend to nullify them soon. That is what I have begun to think. I am sorry for your suffering as well. I wish you luck with the prtitions and will, of course, be glad to sign. I believe that the greatest step towards transparency, exposure, and further prevention lies in the gentle but persuasive arms of our international communities. There was actully some United Nations (or something similar) international document that was pressing various countries for signature. It especially reinforced the equal protection of females and those of the disabled. I believe it was mostly an anti-discrimination document. (I've been forced off line so am a little rusty on the facts; but I know it's out there. President Bush refused to sign it. Since then, I believe we have signed it, but with conditions. I'm not cetain what these conditions are. But I read the document which is an affirmation of the rights of all people, but as I said, has entire segments devoted to females, and then another to the rights of disabled. It may have been entirely a reaffirmation of the rights of the disabled, acknowledging that women who are disabled face more risks since we are a more vulnerable population anyway. Case in point, a woman who is regarded as having some mental condition, perhaps some form of psychosis. Having previous knowledge of this, a criminal may decide to rape her based on his belief that no one will believe this happened. This is happening in America right now. Perhaps it is a member of the law enforcement community; he then responds to the call (or has the woman in custody for some other alleged charge) and informs the MD that the woman is psychotic. The MD fails to follow protocal and perform a rape test or to even report to the state police, substituting the cop's rationale, denying the rape all together. And a movement has been growing across America to classify more and more mentally ill, or alleged mentally ill as unwanted, untreatable, and yes, even dangerous. What people do not realize is that many of these have been gang stalked, causing the very symptoms of emotional instability, anger then hostility as they continue to be abused with no interference from law enforcement or the majority in their community. And yes, DOT is very involved in these atrocities, one of many agencies involved. I also believe our help comes when we band together no matter how far apart. As soon as I first posted the gangstalking/law enforcement/firefighter, etc. involvement piece, I had my email messages infiltrated. I kept getting a message from Anonymous not verified, and then many screen names instant messaging each other via my iste. I could not prevent it. If you receive any message from Anonymous, do not respond to it. Block it ASAP. He cuts and pasts his own version, then moves the hijacked browser to another website. I had many responses, then these disappeared. I checked my sent box. These had been moved there. Before I could read these, my computer screen froze. Of course, when I logged back on, these were missing. I discovered that my email settings had been changed to NEVER. I also suspect that he and his cohorts have my email pswds, etc. Thery have been doing this to me since 2005 that I am aware. I wrote that someon had infiltrated my computer/internet connection/nowpublic and another email account, so to please rewrite me as I didn't receive any communications concerning the gangstalking piece. When I checked back, this part had been erased. I suppose this is how they are deleting whatever I write. At least this "law enforcement gangstalking was published. I wanted to post a response I sent to another, that was sitting in my new mail. Although, I am not sure if he ever received this, I thought you might learn more from this. Do not allow yourself to become isolated, have friends check up on you. If you live alone, get a room mate. I suffer much because I do live alone, part of how they orchestrate their evil. I know it sounds drastic, but try to always have witnesses about you, people you can count on. Although you cannot live in constant fear, one would be wise to proceed realizing that these would rather take another life than have the truth exposed. I have to admit I am a little concerned about what they will do to me next now that I have some writing online that at least informs others of their cruel criminal behavior. It is happening to many. The cops have convinced my neighbors to join in so they help with the technical harassment once the offending puter is set up at their homes. The neighbors/cops are responsible for making sure no truth comes out. The local, national phone/broadband providers have also joined in based on their concerns over lawsuits due to their collusion previously under the Bush Adminsitration (totally baseless since they have been granted immunity; and Obama seems to have no plans to change their status. Please read my publication. It is one of many I have written that are either never published, or later are deleted. This is happening all over America!! Law enforcement corruption is pervasive, from the top down. See Sheriff of Orange County convicted, owned much real estate inexplicable based on his salary. He had access to a safe filled with laundered money, which never could be traced back to him. They would have never caught him without the other man he totally trusted (and guilty in the schemes by the way) being convinced to wear a wire. Then read about the newly fired Sheriff from Atlanta, GA, who was fired from his Texas Sheriff position before taking the now ended GA job. Also, makes me wonder about the mayor (Dwight Jones) of Richmond, VA's hiring of another man still under investigation in Texas. Lots of bad stuff going on between liasons created during the Bush adminsitration between contractors, law enforcement on all levels (remember the secret service members who were caught stealing money from huge national stores with latest technology, FBI agents caught drunk and attacking women, sheriffs who have "shot themselves in the head" in the past few years, execution or suicicde) DOD, NSA, local, state, and federal agencies. People have died; it has all been covered up--made to look like suicides, car accidents, but such is not the case. Don't give up. That's what they want you to do.

Your comments about a "purge" in law enforcement struck a chord with me. We live in a small-to-mid sized metro area, with no more than four hundred persons involved in law enforcement at all position levels, and fewer actually on the beat.

Over the past half dozen years, an unseemly number of them have perished in automobile accidents -- dozens, in fact, while few have died while combating any type of criminal activity.

The numbers really seem to "stick out" as a statistical aberration, in my opinion. There's no proof, of course, but your statement nonetheless brought back that chill that I have every time I read about a new one ...

There seems to be a hotbed of gang stalking activity in VA, particularly in the Richmond area. I should know, since my gang stalking manifested itself about a year after I moved to that wretched place. I've tried that "suicide threat" tactic myself, expecting to get sympathy from people who may have been unwitting participants. And of course, that's when they ramped up their attack to try and make that suicide a reality. These people have no conscience and have been completely brainwashed to believe whatever lie they've been told about the targets. They are definitely under mind control. The mass media did their job well, with dumbing down people. We're a society of people that rather be entertained than informed (e.g, celebrity worship, stupid reality shows, trash day-time talk shows and soaps, silly computer animated movies, etc), and this is the end result.

I would like to find out more about your situation. I'd like to know if the group responsible for your stalking is the same group that's stalking me. I am very tired of the language used in these sites, supposedly by innocent people who are being targeted. It needs to get cleaned up. The fact is that these stalkings are not investigations at all.

They represent serial torture, terrorism and slaughter of innocent persons. This is the most depraved, evil conduct known to man. Normally, hearing about even the vicious, deliberate, planned crimes of a killer who randomly selects a victim and murders the person over several hours or days makes all decent people shudder with horror. However, in the case of so called gangstalking, a person can be tortured to death over a period of ten, twenty, thirty years. Entire families can be wiped out.

A person can experience various premurder conditions. For example, between three am and six am the living premises are fumigated with poisonous pesticides which have an extremely strong odour and a clearly toxic effect. Or the person is heat targeted or injured with directed energy weapons at short range.

I would like to stop reading anything that suggests in any way that serial torture and murder constitute an alternative system of justice. But you be the judge of what is reasonable. If you think that brutal, premeditated serial murders are just the same thing as justice, go ahead and call it an alterative form of justice. Some people may think that savage, vicious attacks on innocent people are just; these people are known as PERPETRATORS OR OPERATIVES. I do not even like the term –snitch –to refer to these evildoers. The word stool is better –as in piece of excrement, filth. There is no justice in their crimes against innocent prey.

Anyone who is not a perpetrator posing as a victim will not continue using such sickeningly wrong language.

These people who break our laws, but think that they will get away with this crime should think again. They may mock God as much as they please, but once their short lives --OF ROUGHLY ONE HUNDRED YEARS are over, they will face divine justice --WITH ETERNITY FOR SENTENCING.
