The 31st Annual Gilroy Garlic Festival is taking place this weekend, in Gilroy California, and features all things garlic, even garlic ice cream.

This year has over 10 tons of garlic beef, four tons of garlic calamari, garlic frogs legs, garlic watermelon, garlic pasta, and of course, tons of garlic bread.

Tens of thousands of people are expected to show up at Christmas Hill Park to take in the aroma that will be wafting throughout the town.  We're not kidding.  You can smell the garlic as you head south on 101 toward Gilroy.

Plan accordingly.  The traffic on the way to the festival - uh, stinks.
