Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Get Married-Part 2

It was a short engagement for Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, the super star football player and his supermodel girlfriend were reportedly married in a clandestine wedding February 26, 2009.  Photos of the secret wedding ceremony were leaked yesterday on the Gisele Bundchen fan site Giselefan.org.

The leaked wedding photos of Tom and Gisele include shots of the bride in a custom made Dolce & Gabbana gown, as well as pictures of their platinum wedding rings.  Tom Brady's 18-month old son, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, was also in the leaked photos.

Rights to the photos had already been purchased by US Weekly and are due out in the March 3, 2009 issue of the print magazine.  Lawyers for US Weekly demanded that the images be removed from the Giselefan.org website.  The fansite web mistress took down the photos but in a message on her site she told fans they are still widely available online.

Apparently, Us Weekly magazine, which broke the story on its Web site, bought the exclusive U.S. rights to Flynet.com’s snaps for a hefty sum. The few choice shots show the beauteous bride in her Dolce & Gabbana gown and veil, the groom walking out of St. Monica’s church sporting a platinum wedding ring, and his 18-month-old son, Jack, being lifted into the back seat of the bridal getaway car.

The photos, which will be published in the mag today, ended up yesterday morning on Giselefan.org and were immediately purged by the fan site after lawyers for Us got wind of it.

The site was taken off-line for a few hours, and when it was back in business, a note was posted from Quinetta, the Web mistress.

“We have received a notice for UsWeekly’s (sic) lawyers that the pictures that were previously posted here belonged to them. The pictures are now removed, however, if these pictures had not been floating around the internet on various sites then we would have not been able to post them,” she huffed.

“It’s a pain when a multi-million dollar magazine has to come after a non-profit fansite threatening us with a lawsuit. However, if you look around the internet you will be able to find those same pictures.”
