a gluten free hanukkah

Here is a festive menu that I have put together for a delicious Hanukkah dinner, full of lovely winter vegetables in peak season. You don’t have to tell anyone it’s gluten-free, dairy-free and does not contain processed white sugar. I’ve served this to crowds before and no one had a clue. They just chowed.
