Gorillaz Plastic Beach: 'Stylo' Video Premieres ft. Bruce Willis
The music video for Stylo, the first single off the new Gorillaz album, Plastic Beach, premiered exclusively on Youtube.
Known for both their audio and visual stylings, Damon Albarn enlisted a little help from his friends calling in Mos Def to be featured on the track and Bruce Willis for a cameo in the Stylo music video. Gorillaz, a conceptual project started by Damon Albarn before his previous band Blur went on hiatus, will be performing at the 2010 Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California this year.

Plastic Beach
Gorillaz's third studio album, Plastic Beach, hits stores March 8th and 9th in the UK and United States respectively. Plastic Beach features a slew of big name acts collaborating with the virtual band including Snoop Dogg, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Kano, Bashy, Bobby Womack, Mos Def, Gruff Rhys, De La Soul, Little Dragon, Mark E. Smith, Lou Reed, Mick Jones, Paul Simonon, sinfonia ViVA and The Lebanese National Orchestra for Oriental Arabic Music.
With the first reviews pouring in the consensus thus far is without a doubt positive though a bit mixed; Rolling Stone gave Plastic Beach a 3.5 out of 5 star rating while the BBC raved, saying, "not just one of the best records of 2010, but a release to stand alongside the greatest Albarn’s ever been involved with and a new benchmark for collaborative music as a whole."
Plastic Beach is streaming in full on both The Guardian and NPR.
