Whenever candidates declare their intent to run for office, there are many people who come forward claiming to have important information about the candidates that must be publicized. Perhaps this is a good practice, as it proves that free speech is still alive in America. However, such accounts must be examined carefully and taken with a grain of salt. Most of these accounts are probably false.

One can only speculate whether this young man is being truthful or simply trying to make a name for himself riding on the coat tails of the Palin family's new worldwide fame or if he really is the rejected biological father that he claims to be.
The young man says his name is Kevin, a Los Angeles native whose uncle works on the Alaska pipeline. Kevin claims that he and Bristol got to know each other "quite well" over the summer and that he will pursue legal action if necessary to have an active role in his child's life.
