So for all the loyal NowPublic readers, contributors, et al. I wanted to provide an alternative playlist for Halloween 2009. We've got the classics, of course, but I wanted to inject a little funk into this list. Think of it like the Rage Virus from 28 Days Later, only lets replace that 'g' with a 'v' and make it the 'Rave Virus'.
