Fall From Grace - Fred Phelps (Part 3 of 8)

In case you haven't seen the work of Fred Phelps, it is so over the top that it actually looks like a spoof.  But don't be fooled these people are really into getting their hate on.  ...And they're coming to Vancouver.

On November 28th, Fred Phelps and his fellow hate-mongers from the Westboro Baptist Church are planning to protest the Fighting Chance Productions presentation of The Laramie Project at the Havana Theatre, 1212 Commercial Drive.

For those of you that may not be aware, Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church operate the godhatesfags website and hold hate rallies across the United States.  They have a particular affinity for The Laramie Project.

Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church have indicated their intention to protest Fighting Chance Production's production of The Laramie Project on November 28. We are planning a peaceful anti-hate rally to counter their actions. The rally will be held at Grandview Park, across from the Havana Theatre on Commercial Drive (1212).
