Heidi Klum to Change Name to Heidi Samuel

Supermodel Heidi Klum, 36, is changing her surname to Samuel, taking on her husband Seal's last name (his full name is Seal Henry Olusegum Olumide Adeola Samuel). She filed her petition Monday in L.A. to legally change her surname.

Heidi Samuel is going to take a little getting used to. It just doesn't have the same sexy ring as Heidi Klum.

Klum is due this month with her fourth child, a daughter. She and Seal have two sons, Henry, 3, and Johan, 2, and Seal, 46, is the adoptive father of Klum's daughter Leni, 5.
