The Spencer-Heidi "Speidi" PR machine is in overdrive this April Fools Day and the newest gossip has Heidi Montag pregnant. Apparently Heidi Montag tweeted to her nearly 140,000 Twitter followers that she was pregnant just before lunchtime in California.
For people who pay attention to details all April Fools jokes are to be completed by noon local time. Heidi Montag tweeted about her pregnancy just before the deadline prompting speculation that it is all a cruel joke.
I wanted to tell my twitter friends first.... I am pregnant!!!!!!!! I couldn't be more excited!!! I hope its a boy!

Let's hope it is all a silly prank! Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have faked bigger things than a little baby before. Remember the fake break up? The fake weddings (yes, plural)? And the fake pretty-much-everything-else they do?
The baby daddy - if she is expecting - presumably would be her longtime beau, Spencer Pratt. The duo staged a fake wedding - one conducted sans a proper marriage license - in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Nov. 19. They are still legally unwed.
Do you think Heidi's expecting — or is it just a big gag?
Not totally convinced either, here at NowPublic, that Heidi Montag is really carrying Spencer Pratt's child. Especially when she wishes for a boy... too cliche. Let's hope for the sake of all that is holy that these two The Hills "stars" didn't procreate.
As far as April Fools pranks go, Heidi, this one's just a little too mean. Follow Heidi Montag on Twitter and hope (with all hope) for a "fooled you" tweet to pop up really soon!
The Hills' Heidi Montag apparently Twatted about an hour ago that she is pregnant. You can see this news for yourself in the screen-cap below.
Now, this could just be:
- A fake Heidi Montag Twitter page (with 136,271 idiots following it).
- The handiwork of hackers (this actually happened to her site awhile back regarding the Lauren Conrad sex tape fiasco).
- A surprisingly well-orchestrated April Fool's gag.
Otherwise... well, Spencer Pratt is procreating. A frightening thought ...
