Holly Madison's wardrobe malfunction at PURE Nightclub

Former Playboy model Holly Madison was left a little red faced last weekend when she suffered a wardrobe malfunction while at PURE Nightclub in Las Vegas at Niche Media's Vegas magazine party.

Her dress popped open in front of many high-brow guests and Holly at least looked embarrassed.

"She was embarrassed but was humbly laughing about the whole thing," said our inside source.

Madison will replace "Dancing With the Stars" champ Kelly Monaco's racy role in "Peepshow," which also stars former Spice Girl Mel B.
