There is a wall that protect those bad apples to keep their jobs. It's called a referral an authorization to conduct an investigation. The investigative entity does not simply reach out, an authorization is required. EEOC will not make the referral and the Attorney General or a US Attorney have authority to direct the investigative entity to investigate. There are those in the following letter and more know if an investigation is authorized some may be fined, forfeiture of office or go to jail. This is our taxpayers' money funding those culprits that apparetly profit for private gain by horse trading trading civil rights. Feel free to share with your friends of the misery government can cause on it's citizens and so far getting away with it. Corruption in the Department of Justice.

RE: MAY 05 2009 Phoenix EEOC letter

Dear Mr. Bailey:

Thank you for your letter, referenced above, of a letter sent to Congressman’s Jeff Flake office of clarification your office refusal to forward a matter of apparent violation of title 18 sec. 1001 to a criminal investigator. Your letter dated MAR 12 2009 made reference to a letter from Mr. Thomas Schlageter Assistant Legal Counsel EEOC of alteration of records. Also you made reference to charges filed with other EEOC offices that have been dismissed. That is not true. There is an apparent deficit of trust by your office.

Your office is willing to trample on civil rights with no compunctions. You and Attorney Mary Jo O’Neill continue to obfuscate, trick and intentionally making false statement to obstruct justice in a civil rights case. Some could make vile statements or may make use of scum or dirt bags, or guttersnipes your office operating under the color of law for private gain. Private gain can be construed as a bribe.

You, Regional Attorney, The Chair, Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Legal Counsel, Ethics officials and numerous field offices across the United States are willing and complicit to exploit civil rights for profit? Is that a fair statement? The truth is if you were to be in full compliance with the laws, rules, and legal regulations of the United States and simply forward the information to a criminal investigator you and the above mentioned may face forfeiture of office, fines or go to jail? This suggests your office has an allegiance to your colleagues who willfully disregard the Constitution of equal treatment.

There is an air of confidence in your letters that suggests, let’s say, friends in the Department of Justice that may turn a blind eye to investigative action so you and your cohorts feel free to dice with federal criminal law. Had you contacted the OIG, or The Chair or possibly Assistant Attorney General Loretta King on EEOC’s attempt to close the door or silence citizens on a civil rights matter? I wonder? This suggests any citizen that questions EEOC’s corrupt practices may face the full force and machinery of the United States Government to deny equal treatment?

You and attorney O’Neill do not honorably perform your duties and crossed the line into unlawful behavior. Apparently the few in your office, Washington, DC and field offices across the country appear to be in the darkest recesses near some toilet promoting anti-civil rights that society has no need for. It’s pretty clear to me you are unable to tell the truth. You’re simply dishonest and should resign. Do you agree?

You are free to contact 602-279-5511 and discuss the entire letter with a criminal investigator, the sooner the better. It’s easy to tell the truth for the good of all Americans.

Sincerely,

Richard J. Davidson
