The police in US ought never to have taken tasers on. Sadly the police have tasered to death many innocent people - including an autistic child, a woman in a wheelchair, and a sick young man.

There's no excuse if someone has a criminal history.That's probably why the police did what they did, Just because someone has a background doesn't mean treat them different they could have changed for the better,I'm sadden by this.
