International Film And Television Club Now For Global Festival

After the successful completion of 2nd International  Festival Of Cellphone Cinema and Global Festival Of  Films on Peace And Spirituality, International Film And Television Club (IFTC) Of Marwah Studios, Film city Noida decided to go ahead with the festival of Documentary Films in the month of July,09.It was decided in the Board meeting of the Club which deals in festivals, seminars, symposiums ,interaction programs, retrospectives, Film Shows, Visits and exchange of foreign faculty programs etc.

 

“All are invited to submit their documentaries of any kind in three categories of 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. The prize is going to be 5000 US Dollar.” said Sandeep Marwah,  International President of the IFTC. .Some of the prominent names of the industry are going to be the jury members in the festival. The festival is named as GLOBAL FESTIVAL OF DOCUMENTARY FILMS. Talking to the film makers Sandeep Marwah added,  ”There will be many sponsors from media and others who will be ready to join hands with us in this International event.”

 

“Documentary is a broad category of visual expression that is based on the attempt in one fashion or another to document reality. ”said Harshvardhan, Vice President Of IFTC. International Film And Television Club(IFTC) which is first of its kind in India  was established by Sandeep Marwah in 1991 at New Delhi.The Club has its members from all over the World from the field of Films, Television, Media, Journalism, Business Community and so on. The IFTC is associated with more than 200 events in the last 17 years.
