James O’Rourke sacramento, ca gangstalking victim?

It is funny what being victimized through harassment will do. OK it's not funny, it's really gross how immoral the victimizers are. There is a person in Sacramento named James O'Rourke and let me tell you, I know NOTHING about him or this case. Lately, though there is this wave of people getting prosecuted for acting 'strangely', ya JR was convicted for GLARING and acting INTIMIDATING. Now, what could make a person react to someone like that??? Have you ever seen an animal getting harassed by another animal. If it's a bird the harassed bird will fluff up it's feathers to discourage it's attacker. If it's a dog or cat it's hair will stand on end making it look bigger. These are animal equivalents to 'Glaring' or acting 'intimidating'. Again I have to ask, how did this lovely young couple bring out the defensiveness of this old man?
