Jamie Czerniawski of Wife Swap, the spouse-trading TV show, was arrested Wednesday, June 11, for aggravated assault after allegedly stabbing her husband Charles with a kitchen knife. According to Czerniawski, Charles became "jealous and angry" after speaking with a male friend on the phone.

Jamie Czerniawski, a Monmouth County mom and former 'Wife Swap' (TV Show) contestant has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault after stabbing her husband Charles over Memorial Day Weekend.

Czerniawski is currently out on $75,000 bail, claiming the assault was an act of self defense, which Charles, who has hired a lawyer, denies.
