Janet Jackson has not signed a deal with Live Nation, despite rumours that she was expected to do so.
Live Nation previously signed big name artists like U2 and Jay-Z to so-called '360 deals' that include multi-rights agreements across different media platforms, and promoted Jackson's most recent tour, however, no deal has been struck.
Despite rampant speculation to the contrary, Live Nation has not signed a multi-rights or long term deal with Janet Jackson, according to a company spokesperson.
Multiple online reports in the past few days have stated that Jackson has likely followed the course recently taken by established stars such as Madonna, U2 and Jay-Z and signed a 360-deal with Live Nation Artists.
"We have not signed a deal with Janet, nor are we currently in discussions with the artist," says John Vlautin, senior VP of communications for Live Nation.

Great tour for Janet, plus, NowPublic has done a really interesting thing pulling together photos from the web and various public photo sources (ie Flickr).

I think this would be a bad move by LiveNation. Since "nipple-gate" not much has happened with Janet.
