Gee, Former President Alberto Fujimori of Peru seem to not have any difficulties for a man of Japanese Ancestry to become President of a South American Country. Why would Obama?
Of course some accuse Obama's wife using the term "Whitey" as a prelude to racial overtones as she has her husbands ear.
But then no one seems to take exception to HJilarious friggin Comedian Dave Chappelle using Whitey in reference to the White Guy.
I say, get over it, everyone uses racial slurs at one time or another in their lifetime. I doesn't mean anything as long as not hurtful to some directly.
Japan number two says Obama won't win due to race: reportsAFPPublished: Friday, June 13, 2008TOKYO - The number two in Japan's government said U.S. presidential hopeful Barack Obama was unlikely to win because he is black, a magazine has reported, in remarks that were furiously denied on Friday.
The Shukan Bunshun weekly quoted chief cabinet secretary Nobutaka Machimura as saying, "No matter what it looks like, the United States is a very conservative country."
"Obama is black and Hillary is a woman. I guess it would be difficult for them to win," Machimura, the government's chief spokesman, was quoted as saying in a gathering with reporters in February.
