Jason Presley Denied Claim to Elvis Estate

Jason Presley, who claimed to be Elvis Presely's firstborn son, has taken his suit for rights to the Presley family estate all the way to the US Supreme Court. Today, the Supreme Court refused to hear Jason Presley's case.

In his petition, Jason Presley also claims that Elvis Presley was murdered, and that the official cause of deat (drug overdose) is wrong.

Lower courts have been unkind to Presley, who also goes by the name of Ernie Young, in his effort to claim the family fortune. The man was reportedly arrested for allegedly harassing several judges in Utah after they turning down his case.
