Jason Wahler Arrest: The Hills Star Busted For Throwing His Shoes

Jason Wahler, best known for appearing on MTV's The Hills and Laguna Beach, has been arrested for battery and public intoxication.

Wahler was arrested after getting into a fight with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery. After getting summarily bounced out of the bar, Wahler tried to sneak back in. After getting ejected again, Wahler threw his shoes into the bar. He then threw a punch at one of the bouncers, generally a move that doesn't turn out well.

The most ironic part for Jason Wahler arrest: it comes with just 11 days remaining on his probation stemming from 2007 charges of assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking. During the 2007 arrest, Wahler was accused of using racial and homophobic slurs.
