Jason Wahler Released from Mexican Jail: Former Laguna Beach Star Released within Hours

Former "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach" star Jason Wahler got arrested on Thursday on March 11. TMZ reported that Jason Wahler was released from a Mexican jail within hours of the arrest. The US consulate did not offer the reason of Jason Wahler's release.

According to TMZ, Jason Wahler was taken away by Mexican police after he got into a club fight. The fight took place at the Pink Kitty nightclub in Cabo.

TMZ reported that Jason Wahler signed a document that keeps the terms of his release a secret.

Jason Wahler Arrestd For Throwing Shoes

This is not the first time. Jason Wahler got into a fight in 2009 for throwing his shoes in a bar, and punched one bouncers. At the time, Jason Wahler had only 11 days remaining on his probation from 2007 for assault, criminal trespassing, and underage drinking.

Jason's dad tells TMZ as far as he knows no charges were filed against his son and he's back in L.A. His dad says Jason tells him he was not drinking and was actually released after 1 hour.
