Jay-Z Blueprint 3 leak has created mixed reviews from the music industry. The first track 'Off That' took shots at conservative spokesmen Bill O'Reily and Rush Limbaugh.

Jay-Z and rapper Drake accuse conservative commentators of stirring up racial tension by criticizing President Barack Obama.

Both tracks seem to be lacking the meticulous structure and energy Jay-Z put into Reasonable Doubt his debut album. The second track leaked 'Reminder' has a good hook, but Jigga never seems to deliver what we expect, a thoughtfully orchestrated summer hit.

The Blueprint 3 album is slated to drop Sept 11th.
