Jay Z reaffirmed his status as the Godfather of Hip Hop with Monday's Jay Z, Eminem Yankee Stadium Concert - featuring special guests Drake, Beyonce, Kanye West and Nicki Minaj.

Jay Z was the headliner at Yankee Stadium, of course, while Eminem headlined the Detroit double bill with Jay Z.

But the Jay Z, Eminem "Home And Home" tour also featured some special guests.

Kanye West and Nicky Minaj made good time flying back from Los Angles after Sunday's MTV Music Video award and taking the stage performing "Monster" and "Run This Town" to a sold out Yankee Stadium, Monday night.

But there were even more surprises in store for the Yankee Stadium audience. Emerging star Drake took the mic and Beyonce also took the stage performing "Forever Young" and "Light Up."

And yes Eminem and Jay Z did perform together on stage at Yankee Stadium - the peformed "Renegade." Here is how the New York Times described the moment.
