Stars Of Dexter, Jennifer Carpenter And Michael C. Hall Divorce

They play brother and sister on the hit series Dexter but in real life Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall are married.

Now a representative for Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall confirm that the Dexter stars are getting a divorce.

Carpenter, 31, wed Hall, 39, on December 31, 2008, and stood by him as he battled Hodgkin's lymphoma this year.

"The triumph of a man, to have gone through something like that and not even give the crew any suspicions that he was in any sort of need, it's impressive," she told the New York Times in September.

Dexter has been nominated for a Golden Globe as best TV drama and Michael C. Hall has received a Golden Globe nomination as best actor in a dramatic TV series
