A judge told Jennifer Lopez last week that she had no case for trying to stop the 'honeymoon tape' being sold to various porn sites.

The tape contains no actual real sex in it, just some booty and then some spanking.

Noa is the one selling the tape, and apparently the bids are currently sitting around $40,000, which is low for a potential Jennifer Lopez sex tape, but there is no actual real sex on the tape and that is why.

But if everything goes according to Noa's plan, it should be available on porn sites soon.
