Fans of MTV's Jersey Shore Can Breathe a Sigh of Relief as it Looks Like Hurricane Earl Will Bypass Much of the Shore Before Sweeping Back to New York

That is good news for the cast as they are currently filming season 3 along the beaches of Jersey.

Jersey Shore cast returns to the house from the gym -behind the scenes season 3

Although season 2 is still running on MTV, season 3 is already looking like it's going to be an exciting season.

First Snooki gets arrested for 'annoying people' and being drunk in public, then she makes out with a 'gorilla juicehead' named Jeff Miranda who loves the company of a porn star and ends up proposing to Snooki on a magazine cover.

Angelina claims that Jeff Miranda is just a 'fame whore' who is using Snooki, but Miranda calls Angelina a number of words too racy to print here.

They meet at a club a few days ago, where Angelina slams Miranda over the head with a microphone, before throwing drinks on him (there's even a video!). Miranda claims that Angelina likes him but she insists he is just not being true to Snooki.

Meanwhile, Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino has joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars and got himself a new haircut.

Ronnie and Sammi are apparently back together after breaking up yet again as they were spotted out in Seaside Heights grabbing lunch and going to the eye doctors.

Pauly D has finally admitted he has a tanning addiction.

As far as we can tell, Vinny and Jwoww do not appear to be doing anything.
