Jersey Shore Season 2 Confirmed: Snooki, The Situation and More

Despite numerous calls for MTV's Jersey Shore to be cancelled by Italian American groups, it is now confirmed that there will be a Jersey Shore season 2 as cast member Vinny Guadagnino let slip on Tuesday night. The location has now been confirmed to be Miami South Beach.

There is also a rumor that a new cast member will be brought in for the next trip to the Jersey Shore, as Angelina left so early in Season 1. Vinny couldn't help bragging about his success on Tuesday night:

"They want us to do another season," he gushed to a group of ladies at the "Youth in Revolt" after-party at La Pomme.

The women then asked him to go to another venue, but Vinny replied that he couldn't make unpaid appearances.

The Jersey Shore cast members have been enjoying their new-found fame, Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi is not particular about what clubs she goes to, but DJ Pauly D and Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino cost $7,500 per night and Vinny gets $3,500. Ronnie Margo and Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola often get $3,000 for a double appearance. No word on how much Jwoww commands.

The Jersey Shore has even got its own drinking game, and drama with Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino exposed as a stripper before MTV, but the most drama came from Snooki getting punched in the face by Brad Ferro at a bar.

Just loved the cast and I loved "the situation' the best because he was such a fool but still maintained a high opinion of himself. He just had the best lines out of all them even though he was full of shit but in a playful way....

I think you should have "Jersey Shore" goes to New Orleans. Everybody goes to Miami Beach - NO could be a real experience.

Jersey shore is the bomb bitches. Idc wut u hav 2 say cuz who eva doesn't like the show is just a hater. deep down inside they wish they were the cast. u all know it.
