Jersey Shore Season 2 Location Confirmed: Miami South Beach

The Jersey Shore season 2 filming location has now been confirmed! The cast will be heading to Miami South Beach for another summer of parties, drinking, hooking up, breaking up, fights, tanning and strutting their stuff the only way guidos and guidettes know how.
There were rumors that filming was going to take place in the Hamptons, then at various locations around the world but it has now been decided that Miami's South Beach will be the perfect place for Snooki, Sammi, Ronnie, Jwoww, Vinny, Pauly D and Mike 'The Situation' to spend another summer.

A few secrets were leaked about Miami when TMZ posted about a letter from the producers of Jersey Shore to the owner of Miami's Mynt Lounge to ask about shooting inside their club in March or April. At that point it was not confirmed however.
The cast's new house has already been chosen; it's off Lincoln Road in South Beach and is currently undergoing renovations for the season to start shooting.
Miami better get ready for the Jersey Shore crew to arrive!

They need to change the name of the show because Jersey Shore is the Jersey Shore, not Miami! Why would you tape somewhere else other then the Jersey Shore when the damn show is called Jersey Shore!

I think they should keep the name jersey shore just because that where it started. Just because the second season is in Miami doesnt mean they need to change the name of the show.

No Vinnie.... No Jersey shore..... *** THUMBS DOWN*** You can't have a show called Jersey shore and base it out of Miami. If that group doesn't wanna go back to Jersey get a new cast! But it has to stay in Jersey. Miami has enough attention as well as the West coast! Keep it her on the east coast!!

I Totally Agree with You "JerseyGirl" It Totally defeats the purpose of the name of the show at least have say something like jersey shore in Miami beach...when they film i think they should just stick with the first place and the damn purpose of the show i mean i love the show at least the first season and second season is gonna suck because aint the same plus second seasons on them kinds of shows always suck....

dude vinnie was like the funniest one he was my total fav the show isnt going to be the same without him ): and its doesnt matter what the damn show is called as long as there is most of the same cast and they are doing what they do! and angilena shouldnt be allowed back, she got kicked out the first time and she missed EVERYTHING! and nobody in the house liked her so thats what i think(:

Hey The Cast Wasent allowed Back to Seaside Heights Because of Ronnie He Was always In fights Off the Camera's so they Had to Relocate. And vinnie will Be In Season 2. And there will Be a new girl Not angeline cause She Demanded 90,000 Per episode. MTV Laughed. and Replaced her right off The Bat

I agree, the only reason it was so good the first season was because it was at the Jersey Shore. I will not watch the show from Miami. If Seaside Heights didn't want them back, then move to Belmar, Bradley or Point Pleasant. Really dissappointing.
