Jersey Shore Season 3 Has Been Confirmed by MTV and it Will Take Place at the Jersey Shore

Season 2 has not even aired yet, but MTV has already announced that a season 3 is in the works.

So far only JWoww, Snooki, The Situation, and Pauly D have signed new contracts for season 3; Vinnie, Ronnie and Sammi are still in negotiations (looks like Angelina will not be returning), but MTV executives have said they will go ahead with a season three even if the remaining three do not sign new contracts.

“Vinnie, Ronnie and Sammi are still arguing about their contracts and want more money,” said the source.

What is the Location for Jersey Shore Season 3?

Although Miami was chosen for season 2, mostly because it was winter on the east coast when filming began, it looks like season 3 will take place back at the Jersey Shore and they will most likely even stay in the same house from season 1.

A spokesperson for the network told RadarOnline.com, "MTV is pleased that the Jersey Shore cast are returning to Seaside Heights to continue production on Season 3.

"Not only have they become a part of the MTV family, but fans worldwide have fallen in love with them."

Jersey Shore season 2 premiers on MTV on July 29, but get ready for even more fist pumping, guidos, guidettes, hook ups and fights with Jersey Shore season 3.

I was at Seaside Heights yesterday with my family, and we got to see Snooki and J wowww another girl was with them, they were filming them on a couple of rides it felt good to see them.my family love those kids they are very pretty girls can't wait to see season 2 and then season 3
