Jesse James Sexual Harassment Settlement Cost Him $725,000 Dollars
Jesse James is in hot water again, as it's become public that he paid out more than $700,000 dollars in a sexual harassment settlement with a former high-level executive at West Coast Choppers.
James paid out the settlement in 2007, while he was still married to Sandra Bullock. The woman involved claims that James made numerous sexual advances, which allegedly included sexual acts.
According to TMZ, the woman kept numerous suggestive emails from James, including one alluding to oral sex.
In one email in 2007, which is included in the file, Jesse wrote to the woman, "Need anything before I split?" She responded, "Some Tums." Jesse replied, "I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better ...."

The woman claims that she kept an item of clothing with James' DNA on it, ala Monica Lewinsky. The exec quit later in 2007, then hired a lawfirm to represent her. A lawsuit was never filed, but James did pay out $725,000 dollars in a settlement on September 27th 2007.
In the settlement case notes, James does not confirm or deny that the relationship occurred.
More and more of James' sexual history is coming to light after Michelle McGee went public with her allegations of an affair with the West Coast Choppers No.1 man. A second stripper, Melissa James, also claims she and James had a sexual relationship for two years while James was married to Sandra Bullock.

Man, I feel bad for Sandra Bullock. Jesse James is a sheep in wolfs clothing. After seeing him on The Apprentice, I thought he was a nice, humble, and honest man. Atleast that is what he comes across as: a nice, simple man. Well he is a simple asshole! LOL
