Jessica Simpson Appears in May's Marie Claire With No Make-Up or Photoshop?

Jessica Simpson has long been used as tabloid fodder for all kinds of stories; about her weight, about her relationships and even about her level of intelligence. But never one to shy away from a challenge or her quest for real beauty, this time Jessica Simpson is taking on many actor's, model's and musician's worst nightmare - a major magazine photo spread that claims to not have used any make-up or retouching.

We have uploaded the cover of May's edition of Marie Claire magazine which they claim they have not retouched in any way and that Jessica Simpson was wearing no make-up for when they shot the cover or spread. Coco Perez has one of the photos inside the magazine as well. 

Jessica Simpson is 29-years-old, so she is not exactly over the hill but while one can see a few lines around her mouth and eyes, her skin looks flawless and she looks natural and glowing.

There is of course some debate as to whether Marie Claire is telling the truth. Especially after that Demi Moore controversy when she claimed no Photoshop was used for the cover of December 2009 issue of W Magazine and no one actually believed her and many still do not.

But as magazines find new ways to draw in readers and keep themselves in business, Marie Claire seems to have generated interest, even if the debate is only to try and decide if Jessica Simpson is wearing any make-up or not. What do you think?
