Jennifer Lopez had a memorable misstep during the 2009 AMA Awards. In the Jennifer Lopez AMA Awards clip, JLo falls on her famous behind, but manages to recover nicely. After JLo fell, she popped back up and finished her performance of her new song"Louboutins" as if nothing had happening. (J-Lo falls at the AMAs while singing about really expensive shoes, in other words)
JLo wasn't the only one who had a fall during the AMA Awards. Adam Lambert also fell during his performance.
Here is the JLo falls at AMAs video.

I'm sure if any of us tried jumping off a beefy man, we'd fall too! She got up so fast and went right into her solo dance, it almost made me think that the fall was part of the performance.

When you have such a big bottom, should be no surprise if you bottom out periodically. Poor baby!

Ah, I don't think it's the fall that people are talking about with Adam Lambert. He's into shock value.

We shouldn't make such a big deal about these things. We mess up at our jobs, too; only our jobs aren't broadcasted for the entire world to see. I thought a lot of the acts were flukes (Whitney doesn't sound half as good, Adam Lambert's soft porn & jamming himself into a woman's mouth - even more horrible when I think of the fact that he's had that thing in another man's butt, Rihanna sounds terrible & I don't know who in their right mind would buy her music, Timberland sounded offbeat), but the fans love them and their peers are very supportive. I say, let those who want to enjoy them do it in peace. And those of us who don't, should keep our comments to ourselves and find other entertainers to enjoy. (And my apologies for putting the other performers on blast, but I was doing it to make a point of how amatuerish the entire show was to me.
